Lot of 3. 1) Billhead for Kitzmeyer's Drug Store, Drugs, Chemicals, Eastman Kodaks, Photo Supplies. Dateline Carson City, Nevada, Dec. 1, 1922. Billed to the estate of WP Boondon in Bridgeport for salts, soap, and various prescriptions. 2) State Controllers Warrant to G.W. Kitzmeyer for $31. Signed by Kitzmeyer on reverse. 3) 1918 ad cut out of a Carson Weekly newspaper for Kitzmeyer's Drug Store: "Order your Cut Flowers from us. We get what you want and Deliver Promptly. Agents for Eastman Kodaks and Photo Goods. Emporium Block. Carson City." Charles L. Kitzmeyer was born in Nevada in 1877. In 1903, he bought JM Johnson's Drug Store and changed the name to Kitzmeyer's Drug Store. In about 1909, he also bought out Thaxter's Drug Store. The business lasted to the 1970s.
