Knabenshue Aircraft Corporation was formed in 1917 by A. Roy Knabenshue to produce dirigibles, kite balloons and parachutes. During the First World War, this company made captive observation balloons for use by the United States Navy. Knabenshue gained fame with his dirigible performances at the St. Louis World Fair in 1904. This stock is incorporated in Nevada. No. 97, issued for 1 share to C.E. Woodman on Nov. 22nd, 1929 in Las Vegas. Signed by the vice-president and assistant secretary. Not cancelled. Brown border and seal, eagle on globe vignette.
