Babbitt as secretary. Pen cancelled. Very attractive design with maroon border and print and a vignette portrait of Lady Campbell. Printed by The Western Litho Co, Denver. 7.75 x 10.5" Folds, soiling (water damage?) to bottom right (most evident on reverse of stock). The Lady Campbell claim was located on Galena Hill. Also owned the Jorado (Galena Hill), the Emma Abbott (Womack Hill), and Jack the Ripper (Mineral Hill). [Ref: Cripple Creek Manual]
