Beautiful & colorful historical reproduction of the rare 1902 Winchester lithograph cartridge board which sells for thousands of dollars if you can find one. There are no others like this as this reproduction by W-repro’s [Bill West] in 1968 (with permission of Olin) is not a new reprint. It is one of the last remaining original cartridge board lithographs from 1968 and it is as new in original 1968 shipping tube. Full size is 36”x52.” The original 1902 lithographs were 49”x 31 ½ “. With the original frames, the dimensions were 57”x39 ¾. The last original 1902 framed cartridge board sold in 2013 for $4,600. This beautiful lithograph is on heavy 1/32 lithograph paper and has forest hunting scenes at top. Inset of a Mallard Duck and Bull Moose head at sides all in full color. All cartridges have printed identification markings. The following are pictured on this cartridge board: 161 Large Rifle Cartridges, 39 Pistol Cartridges, 39 Rim fire Cartridges, 15 Early Large Caliber Bullets, 11 Paper Shot Shells, 9 Brass Shot Shell Cases to #4 Gauge, 9 Boxes of Primers or Percussion Caps, Cartridge Calibers Extend from 58 to 22. Big, Medium and Small, Long paper-Patch Sharp’s, Remington and Winchester Cartridges, some with 550 –Grain Bullets. some Big 38, 40, 45 and 50 Winchester Express cartridges. Many odd and unusual varieties. A historical selection from the Civil War to the turn of the Century. Many government cartridges too. Please inspect.
