These letters discuss forming the Denver City Gold Mining & Milling Company, as well as reissued stock certificates to JD Brewster; 2) Sulphide Mining Company. Two typed letters, both 1894, from Leadville to KS Brewster in New York. Regarding stock in the Sulphide Mining Co., formerly the Lee Basing Mining Co.
