The Letters of Alfred Robinson to the De la Guerra Family of Santa Barbara, 1834-1873, Translated and Annotated by Maynard Geiger, first edition 1972. Complete with illustrations and a letter insert. Alfred Robinson (1806–1895) was an entrepreneur who immigrated to California to start a hide business.
