Black border and print, gold seal, and patriotic allegorical vignette. Deep folds. 5.5 x 10.5" Seal says "San Luis Obispo, Cal." Lida is located right near the California/Nevada border. This company operated on the Buster Ledge, originally known as the Fortunatus in the 1870s. The company was formed by a Tonopah druggist, Robert Prouty, and they bought the claim in 1905.
