Signed by president S.A. Bemis and secretary D.E. Garrison. Not cancelled. Small (4 x 9") certificate with a vignette at left of three miners inspecting a rock. Folds, light wear. The Louisiana was situated on the south slope of Sherman Mountain, three miles from Georgetown. Patented in 1880. Developments include one shaft (125 ft) and some drifting.
