23.75 x 32.5" Extra rare 1866 map Surveyed and Platted by Richard Irwin, Sept. 28th, 1866. Scale 1 inch=2900 feet. Printed by the Western Engraving Co., Chicago. In addition to numerous mines, this fabulous early Colorado map shows towns such as Pineville, Georgetown, Elisabeth, Argentine City, Dibbin City, Silveropolis, Peru, and Montezuma. Districts include: Snake River, Middle Park, Peru, Argentine, and Griffith. Also shows trails and wagon roads. This map needs to be repaired and protected.
