Choice period framed full page letter addressed to Hon. Arthur L. Thomas in Salt Lake (City), Utah, December 21, 1886 on House of Representatives US stationery. McKinley, the 25th President of the United States, appears to have been great friends with Thomas, and in this letter offers his full support. Taylor was Territorial Secretary, later Territorial Governor, appointed by president Benj. Harrison. This wonderful collage also included a mint state McKinley Dollar (slabbed, but label not visible), a piece of Bryan money, two McKinley political buttons, a souvenir spoon. The group has been beautifully framed in a period frame with attendant explanations. Date: Location: HWAC # 55962
