Mercury flask found in Gibsonville, Sierra County gold camp, in the late 1960s. It is stamped on the shoulder "N.T. W Co." 15.5" tall, 5" diameter. We were unable to decipher the marking. The major mercury (Quicksilver) producing areas were New Almaden and New Idria, which provided a probable 90% of the quicksilver to gold mines in the West..
