Typed letter signed by Mexican President Prascual Ortis Rubio in 1930, replying to an American, Mrs. Welt of Detroit over her concerns about American ambassador to Mexico, Dwight Whitney Morrow, leaving his post. Rubio assured her that the ambassador (Who was Charles Lindberg's Father-in-law), had completed his term. Her son also was concerned for the President's health after he survived an assassination attempt after taking the oath of office, He assured them that he was fine.
