A group of six postcards, including four real photo postcards, depicting Mexican soldiers during the Mexican Revolution c. 1910s. The postcards include photos of Pancho Villa's soldiers, Yaqui Indians posing with their guns, action shots of soldiers shooting, and other images of war. The cards have handwritten labels printed onto the photos. One card bears the mark of "Kavanaugh's War Postals", referring to photographer G.J. Kavanaugh of El Paso, Texas. Kavanaugh's photography of the war was published by the Chicago Daily News and served an important role in publicizing the war to the American people. [ Mexico
