Inc. in Colorado by a group of 10 Denver businessmen. The group managed to control the Mica Peak property near Spokane Falls, Washington. Mica Peak was a high elevation in the chain of mountains southeast of the city, 25 miles distant. The mica taken out was in large sheets and the company already had an order for 5000 lbs. from Denver (Settlers' Guide to Homes in the Northwest: Being a Hand-book of Spokane by Dallam & Edwards, 1885). Signed by John D. Coplen as president and E. Moses, secretary. Small vignette of miners working underground. VF. Uncancelled.
