Countersigned by H. W. Carothers, General Manager on the reverse to authenticate. Unique, blue color and in very good condition. Inc. in 1896 and closed in 1930. Known as the Crookedest Railroad in the World. Ran a distance of 8.19 miles, with a 2.88-mile spur line to the Muir Woods. Later named the Mount Tamalpais & Muir Woods Railway.
