A pair of framed advertisement reproductions: one for 'Miner's Friend Dynamite' from the Hecla Powder Co. (original ad c. 1870s-1900s) and the other for the Miners' Saloon of Roundup, Montana (original ad c. 1890s-1920s). Both ads feature colorful illustrations of women, with the dynamite ad depicting a woman meeting a miner in the forest as he drills a blasting hole in a boulder, and the Saloon ad depicting a lounging woman in an exotic palace with a small hookah pipe. Nice color in both reproductions; see photos. Could be great decor for any enthusiasts of advertising or mining history.
