Miner's clothes baskets. Collection of four different miner’s clothes baskets, probably all from eastern mines. These baskets typically hung from the ceiling, and miners would put their personal property from their pockets in the basket and personal clothes hanging from the hooks. There are four different baskets here. None are mine specific, but one is probably from the Sterling Hill Zinc Mine at Franklin, New Jersey. State: City: Date: ID#45938
