Miniature Navajo seed jar by Wallace Nez. Wallace Nez, originally from Aneth, Utah is a Navajo potter. Wallace was raised by loving grandparents, Roy Harvey and the late Daisy J. Harvey, whom he dedicates his success in pottery. Wallace became interested in art at an early age. Wallace involved himself in pencil sketching and ceramic projects. He formed his pottery by the traditional method, coil and pinch, working with traditional clay. His designs are traditional and transform into the future. Incredible finely etched designs of wolf, feathers, and geometrics on this small seed pot. 1.5" h x 3" diameter. Absolutely beautiful. Date: c.1996 Location: Navajo, Arizona/New Mexico HWAC # 52752
