Here is another piece of early California history. It is a hand colored lithograph of 5 miners in a hut, from Gleason's Pictorial. In those days, many men doubled up with their " Pardners", slept , ate, and mined together. It's night time now, and they are in for the day, discussing the next move. Notice, the doorway , no door !! in those days...it was only canvass!! Fine piece, great detail. Framed and wired, and ready to be hung ( RH).
