Black border and print, red underprint, and three vignettes: miners with sluice boxes (center), elk (left), and allegorical (upper right). Printed by J. McKittrick & Co., St. Louis. 25 cent adhesive revenue stamp attached on front right. 6.75 x 10.5" Creases, wavy borders. The company was a joint stock company, organized for the purpose of working the mines and to erect furnaces and machinery for the purpose of smelting tin (St. Louis, The Future Great City of the World, Reavis).
