Vignette of the battle between the Monitor and the Merrimac. 20c and 5c small INL'd Exchange revenue stamps. Located in Reese Riv. District, N. T. Some warping and some dog ears. Otherwise quite nice! Original incorporators were JA Drinkhouse, NB Jacobs, James W Whitlach, and WBC Harker. Harker was also the superintendent.
