Signed by president William Isiah(?) and secretary SW Pallard. Not cancelled. Simple design with black border and print on gray paper. Printed by W.E. Badeau, NY. 5.75 x 9.75" Pinholes, folds, very clean. Not listed in Corregan & Lingane, though "Monitor" is a very popular mine name in Colorado. In-depth mention of it in E&MJ Vol. 43 (1887): the company has two claims located on a well-wooded plateau about one mile above the town of Lincoln. Located in 1884.
