Rare. Printed by Miner Print, Tonopah. Includes reports from the president (Chas. E. Knox), the superintendent (Donald B. Gillies) and general manager (J.A. Kirby), as well as a description of what happened at the last shareholder's meeting. Apparently, Gillies resigned as superintendent, much to the disappointment of the rest of the company. Due to a "washout" and "no teams" period, the mine also experienced six weeks without any lumber, causing them to shutdown. Improvements included a high trestle over Tonopah railroad tracks, a machine shop, a carpenter shop, and 5,380 feet of work in the mine. Please inspect for more details on the mine workings. Light blue covers with heavy toning and some rips. Pages have toning. Stapled binding. 9.5" x 6.25" City: Tonopah State: Nevada Date: 1904-05 ID# 34812
