Signed by CH Sibley(?), and MC Tyler. Printed by Henry Seifert of New York. Size 10.5 by 7 inches. Not cancelled. Revenue stamp. Rounded corners and fold edge nicks. Nice condition! Cert says "Issued for the purchase of mining property in Colorado." "...is the property of The Montrose Gold Company of Colorado. They have sundry feet on the Phillips, Almy, Buffalo and twenty other lodes. The Phillips paid largely in sluice and mill on and near the surface. It has shaft more than 100 feet deep vein pinched.
