Rare. No. 156. Ink and punch cancelled. Issued for 200 shares to Allen Hubbard on Nov. 22, 1887. Signed by president (William Moore) and secretary, but names have been inked over. Company seal at lower left. Reverse has signatures to transfer 100 shares Mrs. C.W. Pratt. Two vignettes at top center show mine and smelting buildings and mountain scenes. Measures 7" x 10" Condition: folds and ink smears indicating cancellation. The company was the collaboration of Francis Everett, Col. William Moore, and Prof. Gregory Board, and consisted of Board's smelting business at Golden and the Murray Mine at Lawson, Montana Mining District, in Clear Creek County [History of Clear Creek and Boulder Valleys, Colorado]. [ Golden Colorado
