Two miners working underground at center. At top left, little circular stating, "Gold, $700, ton, Silver, $1000. ton". Underprint of "Morro Mining District" in red. A 20 ct. and a 5 ct. Internal revenue stamp at bottom left. According to the diggings.com, there were 51 mines located in the vicinity of Morro Bay.
