Two 25 cent adhesive revenue stamps attached on the left border. 8 x 9.75" Pinholes, folds, other light wear. The company operated in the Griffith Mining District, Empire, Clear Creek County, Colorado. Hollister notes they have a "large, handsome" 24 stamp mill and have done work on the Griffith, Corisannie and other lodes. They have reorganized as "The What Cheer." Represented by Col. William M.
