Folds, some staining on reverse. 8.5 x 11" No printer listed. In the 1883 Colorado Mining Directory, the mine is described as being 300x1500 feet, situated on the west fork of the Animas River, 3 miles SW of Animas Forks in the Eureka District. Located in 1881.
