Murano glass chandeliers are considered the finest of their kind in the world. Made in Venice on the island of Murano, the chandeliers represent some of the finest of all Venetian art glass. It is, quite simply, the best of the best.

This chandelier is of the current Giudecca style, but made about 1997. It is a high-end Murano piece made for an elegant Reno, Nevada home, and has been professionally removed and placed into a temporary shipping crate. The “Giudecca” style glass is clear glass with 24 carat gold flakes rendering an elegant presentation. This chandelier is Model 5285/8, though it appears this model number is now out of use. It is about 33” diameter and 42” high. The piece cost approximately $8,000 new. It has no damage that we are aware of, inclusive of supervising its removal and packaging.
