Cert. #16, issued to the estate of Thomas A. Biddle, dec'd. This is a curious certificate. Was this company somehow associated with the U.S. Government? The National Bureau of Engraving dept. of the government printed the U.S. currency. This company incorporated in 1879 and operated at Camden, New Jersey. This company does not show up in the scripophily historical databases, do it is a one off and rare. VF. Uncancelled.
