Company expanded, and by the 1920's had plants in Trenton, NJ, Lebanon and New Castle, PA. On Aug 8, 1927 National Radiator Corp of Delaware was established under the name Union Radiator Co., the Gurney Heater Canufacturing Co., Continental Heater Co., the Niagra Radiator and Boiler Co, and Utica Heating Co. Early 1930's company had debt problems and reorganized, placed into receivership and re-established. Directors of the company approved a merger in 1954 with the US Radiator Corporation.
