Gold border with yellow background. National Radiator Co. developed from the earlier Fowler Radiator Co. (est. 1894). In 1902 the company was renamed National Radiator Co. Company expanded, and by the 1920's had plants in Trenton, NJ, Lebanon and New Castle, PA. On Aug 8, 1927 National Radiator Corp of Delaware was established under the name Union Radiator Co., the Gurney Heater Canufacturing Co., Continental Heater Co., the Niagra Radiator and Boiler Co, and Utica Heating Co. Early 1930's company had debt problems and reorganized, placed into receivership and re-established. Directors of the company approved a merger in 1954 with the US Radiator Corporation.
