Item # 1 OF 4 : Antique medicine man bag. Hard leather, with tongue , belt loop, and draw string. 7" tall x 8" wide . Double sewn on both sides with buckskin and black woven material. Was once painted with black, and red okra design. On the front is a silhouette, of what looks like a wagon, cause i can see the front left wheel ,with a figure in it...to me . Reverse design indiscernible. ( 1900's-1920's). Item #2 of 4 : Medicine bag, with unknown symbol. Capital "T' & F " combined, and underlined. Unknown meaning , but could be initials of the owner. 8 1/4" tall x 7" wide. Full length outer flap, and great sewn handle. Excellent condition. ( 1960's ). Item # 3 of 4: Small poke, covered in red Okra with tie string of buckskin. 4 1/2" tall x 2 1/2" wide. Item # 4 of 4: Squaw's small coin purse or herb bag, with fold over flap. About 4" square. Said to have been made from a Buffalo scrotum ( No, I am not kidding ! ) ( 1900's).. All items in good condition, considering their age and use. ( RH).
