Here is just one pair, of many native american sets of moccasins, we are offering in this sale. This pair consists of a powder blue , black and red beaded arrow design, pointing to the toe with a pink and green, 5 pointed star. Also surrounded from toe to heel, with other multi-colored bead work. Most of the bead work on this pair is called " Lazy Stitch Technique". consisting of 6-7 beads in a row. This a worn pair. The outsoles are rawhide. On the left pair there is repaired stitching,at the toe. Also, the heel is partially worn through as well, but no hole. On the right outsole, only minor separation in the heel area. 11 " in length. The upper areas are made of Elk skin. .Most likely Arapaho or Southern Cheyenne tribes. The Arapaho are a native American tribe, which lived primarily on the plains of Colorado and Wyoming. They were also close allies of the Southern Cheyenne, and loose aligned with the Lakota and Dakota tribes as well. This pair would look great framed, and on the wall. Very attractive. ( RH).
