Also, Railroads, Stage Lines, Corporations, Companies, Mills, Schools, Churches, etc. Together with a Sketch of the Cities and Towns Mentioned Above. Complete General and Business Directory of the Residents of Storey, Ormsby, Washoe, and Lyon Counties."



This copy has a Silver City postal cancel for October 31 and October 24 on the first few pages. According to Gamett and Nelson that cancel has known to have been used from......



Ads throughout on different colored paper.Organized by county, not city, and not alphabetically (Storey comes first). Virginia City has no separate business directory, but rather lists each resident with his job, but not necessarily the employer. Fantastic ads interspersed. Condition: Front and back boards are warped and front and back pages show signs of water damaged. Back cover has issues (please see photo). All pages are firmly attached and !
