Pass issued 1910, the first year of service! No. 280, issued to J. Tehan, wife & son (agent in Yerington). Signed by W.C. Orem as president. Printed on blue cardstock with light soiling. The Nevada Copper Belt Railroad operated from 1909 to 1947 and ran a "J" shaped line from Wabuska, Nevada to Ludwig, Nevada, a distance of 41 miles. It was created primarily to service the copper mines. Construction began in 1909 and on January 14, 1910, the first passenger train arrived in Yerington. The tracks reached Ludwig in October 1911.
