1) Nevada Homestake Mines Company #364 for 1,000 shares to H. Lindsay on November 21, 1906. signed by H. Newman and G. M. Weisenbinger. Black ink on crme paper with three vignettes: upper left is three miners looking at a rock, top center is a factory on a river, and top right is three miners in a shaft. 2) Homestake King Consolidated Bullfrog Mining & Milling Co. #3092 for 500 shares to Miss Gerty Loub. Signed by George Schumaker and B. Milaw. The company was located at Gold Bar, just 2 miles north of Bullfrog. The mine produced about $55,000 in gold in 1909. A lawsuit developed between the Gold Bar Co and the Homestake King due to the Homestake mining under the Gold Bar property and was discovered. The 25-stamp mill of the Homestake-King Consolidated Mining and Milling Company, at Rhyolite, was started up in June, 1908. The process of working the ore was devised and elaborated by the California Ore Testing company of San Francisco, California, and the mechanical features of the plant were designed by John E Rothwell, of a Colorado Iron Works, Denver .
