Lot of 3. 1) Tintype which appears to be of David M. Wightman, a noted Nevada rancher. The identification is based on a comparison to an image in the 1881 Churchill County Atlas. Wightman came to Nevada in the 1860s, ran an overland stage station and ranch, and died in 1903. 2) 1907 State Treasurer Application for the sale of 617.20 acres by Lamartine Osborn, Carson City. 3) Real photo postcard labelled "Branding.
