Lithograph by Britton & Co. San Francisco. Vignette is seven inch scenic view comprising ore wagon drawn by horses, railroad train passing over bridge, factory belching smoke from multiple smokestacks, scout on horseback, pair of Native Americans including woman breastfeeding infant, etc. Three other small vignettes. Four coupons attached. 16 x 16.5" 2) City of Virginia Water Bond, $1,000, issued in 1877 to Sutro & Co. Signed by the mayor (J.S. Kaneen) and city clerk. Signatures are punch cancelled.
