Lot of 14. 1) Irrigation & Hydraulic Mining Company. Issued for 1,000 shares in 1893 in New York. Signed by president Kingsley and the secretary. Not cancelled. Gold border and seal, black print on blue paper. 4.25 x 8.25" This hydraulic gold mining and sluicing operation was in Santa Fe County, New Mexico, 18 miles south of Cerrillos. Text on cert. says office is in Golden, NM. 2) Massachusetts & New Mexico Consolidated Mining Company. Five stocks, two types, issued 1881-1883. Different mining vignettes. Dateline Portland, Maine. In 1881, the Plymouth Rock Mining Company merged with the Massachusetts and New Mexico Mining Company to become the Massachusetts and New Mexico Consolidated Mining Company. 3) Chino Copper Company. Inc. in Maine. Five stocks issued 1921-22. Green border, black print, and allegorical vignette. Operated an open pit copper mine at Santa Rita and a reduction works at Hurley, New Mexico. 4) Tri-Metal Mining Corporation of New Mexico. Stock B3, issued in 1937.
