This 1866 printed New Orleans First of Exchange Is for $15,352.53. Pay to myself. Rare $5 mortgage, $3 conveyance, and 50c original process US Internal Revenue stamps on back (total $7.50.) Three signatures on back including J. Hoy and G Pigot(Prigot). Circular stamp of Joseph Hoy & Company of Pearl Street, New York on front. Hard to read with bleeding and overwriting. There is a large torn and dark spot in the middle of the exchange and a tear on the bottom left. Still it is rare with these three stamps.
