Very nice, early date New Orleans issued stock. Nice vignette of a tall ship with many masts. Cert. #384 from Book A. Issued to D. DeHaven and signed by E Farraner as president. The company was granted the rights to lighter, buoy, camel or dock vessels over the bars of the mouths of the Mississippi River. The company could also wreck or salvage vessels beached or sunken (Act passed by Louisiana legislature in 1867). VF. Uncanceled.
