Deep folds, some soiling and tears. This company built a dam at Virginius Island, the last island in the Shenandoah River before it merges with the Potomac River at Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. The island was formed by the Shenandoah Canal, constructed by the Patowmack Company between 1806 and 1807, which separates it from the town of Harpers Ferry.
