Unc; Medal commemorating British Major John Andre, hanged as a spy by the Continental Army on October 2, 1780 (the Oct. 1 date on the medal is in error). Reverse is the Old Dutch Church in Tappen, New York, where he was tried and hanged. Medal executed and struck by George H. Lovett. 34.4mm. Bronze.
