Interesting newspaper article about how milk that was delivered previously was not in good condition and "watered down". But with the new invention of the first milk jar by John H. Lester, that was stopped. So, when the milk was delivered in his new patent jars, over a 1/2" of cream can be found to scraped off and enjoyed!! Also, an illustration, of the jar is shown. They had 1,100 customers a day, not bad at $.08 a jar. Great reading and a lesson in life.
