The Franklin Mint produced this set of twelve 925 Sterling Silver, 39mm rounds with the designs of Norman Rockwell's Spirit of Scouting which portrays each of the twelve points of the Scout Law: "A Scout is TRUSTWORTHY, LOYAL, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, KIND, OBEDIENT, CHEERFUL, THRIFTY, BRAVE, CLEAN, and REVERENT." Each coin weighs approximately 0.8 ounces with a total weight for the set of approximately 9.6 ounces of Sterling Silver. Each coin is encapsulated and fits into one of twelve holes in a thick cardboard mount covered in forest green leather-like material. The obverse and reverse of each coin is visible in this mount which is framed in an approximately 13.25 x 10.25-inch wooden frame which can be displayed on a shelf or wall with the right fixture. The frame slips into a sturdy cardboard sleeve covered in dark brown leather-like material with the title gold-foil-embossed on the front. The coins have only minor toning around the edges, if any at all, and the slipcase and frame are in very good, displayable condition. This comes from the liquidation of Northwest Territorial Mint.
