Two vertical folds and one dogear where the stock was removed from the book. One underground mining vignette and a country scene with a steam train, riverboat, mill site, wagon, etc. Uncancelled. This company may have operated the North Carolina Mine, which was primarily a copper producer in Guilford County, near Greensboro. The ore was found along faults in chutes up to 13 feet in width. i\In 1882 they were also working the old Field Shaft and Randolph Shaft.
