Brown covers. 17 pages. Territorial. What makes this prospectus special, besides being Territorial, is that it was mailed. Has Scott A-32 style two-cent stamp with tied Boston cancel. President, Hon. John A. Dix. Company owns the Henderson Mill, and claims on North Clear Creek, Gregory Mining District, located on the Ground Hog Lode, Gregory No. 2 Lode, Simmons Lode and Concord Lode. Not mentioned in Hollister, 1867. Minor wrinkles. Very fine.
