Lot of 3. 1) Two stocks issued in 1927 and 1937. Neither is cancelled. Both have the same design: red border, black print, and locomotive vignette. 2) $1,000 bond issued in 1906. Punch cancelled. Signed by vice president W. Devel and secretary FG Moffat. Green border, black print, locomotive vignette. Printed by The Denver Lith. Co. Partial sheet of coupons attached. Organized in 1906 to provide a line into Denver, the company acquired a large parcel of land west of the Union Depot to the Platte River and to 15th Street. The Moffat Depot was built at 15th Street and Bassett Street. In 1913, the Northwestern Terminal Railway Company built a line from Utah Junction east to the Denver Union Stockyards. It continued almost to Franklin Street then went into the stockyard tracks. Leased to Denver and Salt Lake Railroad Company.
