Men's Ring of one troy ounce of solid 14kt gold carefully holding a 1/3 Stater gold piece with the Lion motif, a 6th century BC coin that is one of the first of all world gold coins in XF+. Both sides of the stater are carefully exposed, including the reverse punch, on this masterpiece of a numismatic treasure ring, with the carefully mounted coin so that no damage has occurred to the edges. The ring has 12 diamonds, six on either side in rows of two, with a combined weight of 0.84ct.

The ring has outstanding visual and " wow" appeal because of the thoughtful masculine design hosting one of the world's great gold coins. It is a ring to be worn on special occasions when mixing with a crowd that appreciates gold, history, and numismatics.

A Certificate of Authenticity comes with the ring.
Today, it would cost an advanced collector about $9,500 or more to make or replace this ring.
